Interreg Ilonet crossborder and validation meeting

On Monday 18th and 19th November in University of Bari Balab (Piazza Cesare Battisti 1) a two days event devoted to territorial cooperation in technology transfer will be held within the Interreg Ilonet project.

The project, funded by the European Interreg Greece-Italy 2014-2020 Programme, aims to promote networking in ILOs - technology transfer offices and exploitation of research results and business support.

ILONET main objectives are to create a cross-border technology transfer offices network and to provide incubation paths to support the development and growth of existing small and medium-sized enterprises.

In particular, on November 18th (11.00 am - 2.00 pm), a first part of the cross-border and validation meeting will be held with the Greek partners and stakeholders involved in the ILONET project.

On November 19th (09.30 am – 1.30 pm) there will be the croosborder and validation meeting, addressed to the Apulian and Greek subjects operating in the field of technology transfer and the exploitation of research results.

Participants will be involved in a "World Cafe" with representatives of Italian and Greek ILOs taking part in the project to bring ideas and examples for starting a cross-border network of technology transfer offices, focusing on three main themes: management, services and role of the network.

During the afternoon of both days there will be the project Steering Committee meeting.

The initiatives are organized by ARTI and University of Bari, in collaboration with three Greek universities of Patras, Ioannina and Ionia (ILONET project partners).
